Stuffing 1,000mg CBD into 1 Ounce bottle

I have a quick question. How are these CBD companies claiming to have 1,000mg of CBD in 1 ounce bottles? Or even 500 into MCT oil or Glycerin? I've extracted whole plant using various strains including ACDC, Harlequin, CannaTsu, Suzy Q and others and have only gotten about 200mg in a TWO ounce bottle.

Do they just grow fat and mix in CBD shatter?
