stunted growth, dieing lower leaves on seedling

I started my greenhouse kalashnicova, in soil as i do with all my seedlings with good results, but this seedling just isn't looking right the bottom leaves keep turning yellow and has stunted growth. The seed itself i ordered from attitude seeds, came white with little or no stripping, i was kinda surprised it even lived. Could it be the seed itself? Maby ph or deficiency? i haven't had this problem before so i figured if get some advice .
