Stunted Plant Question

I picked up 2 clones, master kush and og kush. i planted them both in similar soil mixes in similar sized pots and put them outside. my OG kush is growing great but the master kush seems like it's stuck in time. i had to move the master kush and may have hurt the roots. what could have happened? should i throw the master kush out? it has barely changed since a few days after i got it.
