stunted?

hey guys, just started my second grow about 2 weeks ago I got 3 feminized aurora indica growing under two 37w natural SunLight Lamps , and two 3-way 11/23/34 w CFL's. I'm currently running 24 h light because i'm worried it will get too cold in dark stages because I don't have a heater (soon to come). So bassicly my problem is my sprouts have been un-active for about a week and 3 days now, they still have not sprouted a second set of leaves and im wondering if I put them into shock somehow and now they r just going to chill at the same size and fuck with me for a bit.

I don't really know whats good due to lack of experiance so it would be great if some1 could give me a solution. P.S no nutes have been introduced

No growth whatsoever? If they're not stunted, it's probably due to lack of light intensity? (taking a guess here).

How close do you have the lights to them?

doesn't seem like there is any growth really , one is slowly growing another set of leaves. the light is around 5" from the sprouts, should i take one of the lights out for now ?
