stupid sunrise reflector hangers!

does anybody have a clue how these things are suppposed to work??

they just keep retracting, maybe some fine members of RIU have some tips!!! hmmm??

you are supposed to tighten them up all the way first then loosen a little so they lift up by their self then tighten them up again and your done

like these right...
