I would put in a 100 amp box you should have plenty of power for a one light grow plus heaters and fans. If you plan on going bigger later than I would go with a 200 amp box.

If you havent bought the equipment by your lights and a/c in 220v. You could easily run a 60 amp sub panel and have enough to accomodate what your are looking for.

i got a Homeline D 100 amp 6 space 12 circuit subpanel box for 20 bucks at lowes. Make sure you buy the grounding bus bar. Run 60amp breaker in your main breaker box. have 6/3 romex wire run from that 60 amp breaker to your subpanel box. Now use 15 amp breakers in your subpanel with 14/2 romex wire going to your new circuits. Or if you want more headroom for more power use 20 amp breakers in your subpanel with 12/2 romex wire going to your new circuits
