suger coat?

my plants are 10day old seedling, been under the sun since day one.
should they have a suger coat looking substance on the leaves already?

no. sounds like salts of some kind, you might mist them with clean water to rinse it off. The other thing I can think is mold, but that wouldn't be good. Maybe dust or pollen? spray em off, thats my advice.

buy some skim milk mix like 1 oz per 10 ounces of water and spray anything!!! on your plants at night...

the camra wouldent pick up what im seeing. its really light crystals looks like trichromes. just not sure if i should be able to see them already.

that may be true, but theyre still there. i even sprayed them down some neem oil

sounds like the powdery mildew! get you some fungicide ASAP!!!

they all smell real nice thou and when i wipe it off my finger feels slightly sticky. should this occur this early into my grow?

Maybe you have a autoflower strain?
