Sulphur In Hydroponic DWC - Help!

Fam,

My garden is currently suffering from a mistake. I used wettable/sprayable sulfur and a decent amount made it's way into the system. Root rot has developed, and after two H202 flushes the rootrot is still there. Roots look a little yellowed out, with a small amount of visible root rot near roots that don't touch the water.

Anyone know how to fix this?

(also no more sprayable sulfur ever again in hydro)

I've used it 2x, worked well

To clean yer system run 1ml in 5 gal

To do a drench, use 1 teaspoon in a gallon

It gosms up big-time... In a bubbler Rez amazing the goopies it gaters on the waterline

Dip and dunk for a few minutes

Or, if in the rezz I ran it for like 4 hrs or So, then rinsed the system
Thank you. I appreciate it. What dosage did you use for the 4 hour rezz protocol?

Bleach or calcium hypochlorite/pool shock.
I have pool shock. This stuff: https://www.amazon.com/HTH-52026-Super-Treatment-Swimming/dp/B07YKWDZPW/ref=sr_1_3?dchild=1&keywords=pool+shock&qid=1623860081&sr=8-3
What strength do you recommend? Also what is your protocol? Put it in the rez, let it circulate for 4 hours, then drain, refill with nutes @ 75% strength?

Lots of people online are saying Physan killed their plants. My roots already look damaged. Do you have an exact formula for what you're talking about? I really don't wanna lose 18 plants on week 7 of growth.
Misuse. Physan 20 works great for root rot and as general disinfectant between cycles.

1ml in 5 gal in the rezz

So... Week 8 of flower.

I have used Physan 20 probably ten times with four hour flushes each time and the pythium is still coming back. Each time I used Physan 20 in the system, I would fully drain the system and pump out remaining water with a vacuum. Then fill up the system with city water (chlorinated/treated) and put in 1ML per 5Gal of Physan 20. A waterwand was used to spray over the tops of the buckets until water reached the top. I tried to keep everything completely sterile too.

It's not bugs. I can only think that somehow the sprayable sulfur did this?

If you got the bleach. Just use that every 3 or 4 days at 0.01g per gallon.

I think you have the stronger stuff tho so I would not go more than that.

Physan 20 is ammonium chloride so whatever you do don't mix it with bleach in the same solution. But it sounds like it isn't working. Are you using a strong enough dose? I've never used it so I can't comment on dosage. I do know that plain old bleach works and costs a hell of a lot less.

I used the recommended dosage, even a little more than. 1.5ML per 5Gal was used a few times. Mostly used 1ML per 5Gal, which is the recommended.
