well let me begin with that i live in southern pennsylvania, i only get to grow once a year. 
i had 12 plants in two different locations 9 were eaten by deer in the same week, but beyond the point and problem... i have a 6 footer that these little white bugs that have wings just chill on the stem of the plant and they turn the stem to white, almost like there is a coat of white hair on part of the stem, like i could scrape it off with a twig. it doesnt seem like a major problem but im scared that it could be, if anyone could give me any info on this i'd greatly appriciate it! thank you.
