I know you said 2 weeks before you can buy insecticide. When you do, I recommend EcoSmart's Organic Insecticide Spray. Cheap, effective, doesn't burn or effect the plants in any way. Thyme oil, Rosemary oil, & Neem oil are some of the main popular ones that can be used frequently to get rid of the problem.

If you want to post some pics for us to see, some of us experienced growers could take a look at the bites & skeleton and come up with a better idea for what's going on in there. The blackflies will be hard to keep away, but the EcoSmart will kill them off for a bit, and you can throw some 'sticky fly traps' on the topsoil by the base of each plant. This is where a lot fly around, land, & try to lay eggs. Keeping traps down there will greatly reduce the qty within your grow area.

Get an insecticide with neem oil, I used Rose RX 3 in 1 and it works wonders. If you have to wait to get some insecticide you could chop up some onions and garlic and let them seep in some hot water with some cayenne pepper for a couple hours then pour it through a coffee filter and spray on your vegging plants. If made correctly it should irritate your sinuses when you spray it and insects hate this stuff. Put up sticky traps to trap all the flying bugs. Then treat with some neem oil ASAP and keep the traps near the plants until the pest activity stops.
