I've been doin a lil bit of research for lights for my 3 X 3 veg area and I've got it narrowed downed to these 2 brands. The Sun Blaze includes lamps with the price, the sun system doesnt. How ever the Sun system come with a Smart volt ballast, and the sun blaze doesn't say what kind of ballast it has if any. Any thoughts ?
