So I'm setting up a little veg area because I'm too impatient to wait for my plant to finish flowering before I start my next grow. I'm going to have 6 plants in my window, with 4 26w CFLs added to give a little light boost and keep them from flowering too early. I'm still figuring out how to best hang my lights, especially so as to not block any sunlight.
One concern I have is that my night temperatures might drop into the 50s in the window, but I think it'll be ok.
Anyone ever tried this? I'm curious to see how well it works. I'm hoping with the powerful light of the sun and the consistent light from the CFLs, it'll make for a great veg area.
