Super Mini Plant/s!

Hey rollitup , me again just wanted to upload some photos to show what the new soil/transplant did for my plants!! also, question about my mini mini plant, its smaller than a bic lighter and almost died but seems to be reproducing all its leaves + more... but not getting any taller at all!!! SO funny but weird. all leaves on both plants are NICE and green now, is it okay for me to start using some nutes - its day 39 of vegging , the bigger one is maybe 5 inches tall and is on its 9th node. also my box is 2 ft high and i just added some more lights - should i start flower ASAP?? plus i will need to lst im assuming .

anyways .. heres my results as of day 39 ( today )

i just threw a nice soft string around it to start some lst. also some advice on this please !

throw em away and start off fresh, i would never pay the electricity and nutrients to keep plants that small alive

I don't even know what to post.......Srry to hurt your feelings kid but those are far too small for 39 days into veg in that same amount of time I could have cut-root-grow a clone 3x the size of those babies, but don't give up on them they need more light what is the current light they are under? What's the air circulation like? What's the temp of your grow box? Considering that your grow box is only 2ft tall I would say go a couple of weeks and flower when the plants reach about "9 because 2ft in height ddoesn't give you a whole lot of growing space.

lol, pro5imian this is an experiment, its my first grow so its fun non the less. spidermite, i obviously know these are tiny and ridiculous looking, but there has been a dramatic change the last week or so, so this is purely an experiemental grow. and my grow box is 24inches tall, 14 inches wide, and 20 inches in length, i have 3 fans, to intake 1 exhaust (80mm case fans) i also have exhaust holes around the box. the lights they had were 2 42 watt untill a few days ago, i added 2 more 26 watt bulbs. and im doing lst and i may top em. plus since is the first grow im not going for big results. just smokeable product - i havent used any veg nutes , but i plan to get some for flowering. and spider 1 week ago, th 6 inch plant i have was like 2 inches, so there have been huge changes made since i posted on this forum a week or so ago.

from the looks of your picture and at 39 days into veg i would say i know what im talking about in regards to the pictures that youve posted. ive never even seen lowrider strains that small.....lol well then obviously you've never done a succeful experiment....like two plants in the same pot!...its done by NUMEROUS growers to conserve space or in a SOG situation. i can fit two plants even 3 plants in a ten gallon smartpot and welll uhmmm....it sure hasnt ever turned out "stupid"! nice job on trying to talk shit though!!!!

its 36 days... grown in super sht soil super little container no exhaust no intake and this... so i might as well stay start over. just my 2 cents

ease up on takin it personal! I suggested that it failed and to try again. Many growers including myself all learn from trial and error. Some methods work, some methods fail. its not to get upset about my dude. could've been a genetic flaw, did you start from seed? Was it a clone, how'd the mother look, etc....

hey m8 this is my lemon kush plant 32 days old i let it grew 4 nodes then i top it and flip it after 3 weeks i'm using cfls 3x90watts and 2x100watts my girl is about a foot tall in a 2 and half foot box i made with a pc fan i'v never grown before so it's a basic set up but i think that it dosn't look to bad so far i'v started nuints but at first i put to much in and it started to burn the leaves so i mixed some more water in after that it was fine just a couple ov pic's taken today 28 nov 2012

looks good, how high was your ppm/EC when you gave it to the plants also what was the runoff waters PH. that will help you decipher how much nutes to use, but during veg, i personally dont use any nutes untill after the first 4 weeks then ill start kickin in the Buddha grow, or any nutrients brand of "grow" nutrient. hth

thanks for the reply.due to a basic grow i don't know what the ph is from the runoff i started nunits after 4 weeks,the first time i added the nunits there was burn marks so i added more water and that seemed to do it.due to lack ov funds i used a product that has he nunits (2/2/3/4) and i have another which has nunits 8/8/8/8 which one would be better to use i don't have the means to buy the products and i don't have a car and the nearest grow shop is miles away so im left with these products if you was me what one would be better thanks peeps....RESPECT TO ALL....

i started both from seeds, and ive done alot too them to stress them and stunt their growth so much, but 3 weeks ago was some real growth, and the past week the bigger one has doubled in size and keeps growing super fast and nice. im going to throw them under 12/12 within the next few days and see how they go

how did you keep it so small?? My plants are getting too big and I want mine like urs

i have two plants that are due for harvest in the next couple days the are 2 1/2 feet tall and about 1 1/2 feet wide prob get a oz or two but ya waste of time i think. but was a cool experience

iron cross, lots of light and kept them in a small container for a while, but im sure i screwed up a few times, and blazing an oz off each plant would be more than enough to cover costs / supply my smoking for free

Ok bro...theyre not lookin good but theres hope. I use nutes on my plants after theyre like ten days old. Low strength like 250 ppm to start and then increase it with time untill you hit around 1200. Just gauge when to raise them by the length of time you expect them to grow for. 70-90 days flowering for most strains plus however long youd like to veg. Stop raising ppms if they start to burn and raise them if the color starts fading to yellow. Tieing them down is great for small spaces, theyll recover. I dont know what type of light you have but im assuming its a cfl. If it is i hope that its not a small one, get a Y adapter and two 150 watt equivilent bulbs to put in each socket you have. They need to be really close to have good results, like 4 inches away and then just move them up when you plants get to close. If the lights are stuck where they are put somthing under them to get them close. Dont water w nutes every time, and wait till the pots feel light to water again. They dont like to be in a marshy environment, they like to dry out. Almost. They should be bigger but im sure its your first try so dont worry, youll do better next time. Theres a cheap 12 dollar ppm meter i got off amazon, its blue and it works fine. Get a big suringe from the hydro store and write down the amount of nutes in ml it takes to hit whatever ppm levels you want in a gallon or half gallon jug of water. Then life will get easier. Buy a baby bottle of super thrive for 7 bucks, they like that and cal mag. One drop per gallon or two or three of super thrive and one drop per litre of calmag. Mine like that. Top em so the side branches bush out and get taller, then tie those down also. I dont think id start flower yet but you might have already. If your lst them then you should be able to keep them going till they get bigger. Got string? Just dont tie them tight or youll choke the life out of them. Oh ya, when you get good at this and you "learn to roll", dont crap on peoples style on here, thats not what rollitups all about. Help people out, thats what im on here for, to learn, not to read arguments or someone saying start over. Good luck bro, have a rip for all the guys that said cut em down when they turn out good and laugh.
