I'm gonna take a stab in the dark and say you're using some sort of nutrient rich soil. I find it's usually the case in threads like these.

600 watt hps. soil, scotts that does have nutrients. i just started up growing again. ive always used these shitty soils unfortunately and never ran into these problems. the leaves are light green, and some yellowish.

I've had some experience with crap soil, and buying the good shit is so worth it. Black gold being my favorite. I'm gonna guess the neuts aren't helping but it also sounds like you have them under way too much light. Unless you have them screened and place a good distance from that hps that light is toooo much for those babies. Try pulling them out and putting them under CFL's until they're a good four to five inches with a few leaf systems. good luck man

Yeah...WAY too much light for the babies. Also, you want to stick with soils that don't contain nutes if you can during initial growth/sprouting like that.

thanks for all the help. reppin now. . . what is screening them? like putting a window screen over them to reduce the light? so i tried transplanting one of the plants into a cup that i took as much of the bark and nutrient balls out as i could. will that help?
