Looking good. I just mixed up my first batch of super soil last week. I usually run hempy buckets but I've always been curious about ss. Glad I get to follow along.

Hey everybody, back with some new pics! This is the Blue Cheese, about a week away from her date with the clippers. This is by far the best one out of the bunch. I've had some pretty serious nute burn on the other girls, not sure if it's from too much supersoil or if I didn't let the supersoil cook long enough. Weird thing though is that the Blue Cheese has been doing great the whole time so I'm not sure why the other girls (Sage n' Sour, White Widow x OG Kush, and Pure Power Plant) would be showing any signs of any sort of toxicity. The only other thing I can think that would have caused it would be that they've become rootbound in their 5 gallon pots (most of the plants are around 4 feet tall, so you'd think that they'd have enough room in their pots, but who knows). I know Subcool uses 7 gallon pots for flower which is what I probably should have gone with, it's just hard to pass up the 5 gallon bucket route when they're so readily availble and cheap. Anyway, I'll post some pics of the other ladies soon so you guys can see what I'm talking about and maybe gimmie some of your ideas on what went wrong. On the plus side, all the buds look great so no worries there, I just worry that becuase there is obviously some sort of issue happening, that they didn't produce to their fullest potential. Regardless, the Blue Cheese is sure to knock my socks off, can't wait!

Trimmed product! I decided to go ahead and pull the Blue Cheese (the others are still goin), the trichomes were all milky and there were some ambers in there too so it had to be done! Anyway, super happy with the end result, nice and frosty. Way to go supersoil and plain ol' H2O.

FYI: Fox Farms lost their organic certification recently. My favorite local gardening mentor let me know this when I went to pick up nutes for my next grow. I used FF with my first grow with great results, but since I want "pure organic" I switched over to TGA -- Subcool's mixes. I'm lucky enough, living near Subcool in the PNW to be able to buy it premixed by the bag, which is great, for I live in a small apt. If you go strictly by his mixes, it's not cheap; $35 a bag. That's the worst part of the whole deal.

Your plants look great. I'm. a newbie, on just my second grow. Your Blue Cheese inspires me, that's what I'm. doing for my 2nd. Any tips about the "likes and dislikes" and TLC. they need are welcome!
