Suspect nutrient burn?

These plants are in canna coco and I am using their A&B solution at about 1/4 strength. I am suspecting nute burn but am open to opinions. The strange thing is I watered some peppers and other things that appear less mature than these tomatoes with the same solution of nutes and they don't show any evidence of burn?

I have the same problem with mine. I'm using coco and perlite. I'm wondering if I have nute burn or salt build up as well.

Make sure your plant doesn't have wet feet or is not over watered. If your plant is over watered and you flush the soil that can spell disaster.

When one of my seedlings didn't make it (I think a mouse ate it) I reused the coco and noticed that even after a few days of sitting water was hiding in the bottom of the cup. Wet coco gets real compact and hard for the roots to penetrate.

Are the peppers in coco as well.
