Suspect pH problem...shed some light?

I started these girls in the beginning of October and just turned to flowering about Nov 1st.

At first I thought it was underwatering because I was watering every 3-4 days and they were drooping a lot and stunted, so I changed to every other day. At first they seemed to improve, but then the problem worsened. I then thought it was overwatering so I cut back but they never got better. I am also using pots that have holes int he sides and all over the bottom and get a lot of airflow. The plants are light green not dark, leaves are very thin and drooping a lot.

Never pH'd the soil...will do it tomorrow. What do you think the problem looks like? This is my 4th grow in this enclosure and all previous three grows went absolutely awesome I've never had this problem. I also moved since the last grow and I think maybe the water here is a bit different than the water where I was. I let the water sit at least 24 hours before feeding them too.

I should also mention that I had a third plant in there that was a different strain, not feminized and it ended up being a male. But that plant was doing fine with almost no problems and was on the same watering schedule. That makes me think that the females are more sensitive to pH than the male's strain was, which is why they look so much worse. (i hope?)

I'll report tomorrow when I water and check pH.
