just measured my freezer and it's 24in w x 14in d x 16in h.. I dunno. It's a great idea and maybe I just have a small fridge.

That would be a great idea for someone who hasnt got two rooms you could just do your clones or seedlings in the fridge lol and then move them to your permanently 12/12 hps flowering room lol:lol:

That's why many garages have an extra refrigerator sitting in them! You didn't think it was to keep soda cold, did you? :blsmoke:

And ya know, the shortened name for them is reefers. :bigjoint:

How would you ventilate? How would you get enough light in the lower section for flowering without taking up all the room? If you could put an hps 250 in that lower part, leave the fridge on low settings, it would probably be perfect temp in there. The hps heat would offset the fridge cooling just right I would think. Hmm, the interior is white, so you could drop the reflector and just mount the hps socket in there and fire up the light.

That's exactly what I'm about to do! 250 hps in a fridge, even if it's a 2 door i will leave the frame and just cut out the freezer floor. I have a homeade cool tube for the light and I will try doing co2 so I can run a little hotter and not vent out the smelly air as often. I'm planning on a 4 plant scrog. i use pots with a mix so I would leave the bottom crispers in and build a drain in the floor above them. plants wont be able to move once grown into the screen. That the low down but i'll probably start a journal for it in the next week/2. I have someone who works at the local waste landfill and could probably have my pic of the litter.
