Sweet Leaf`s Bagseed Indoor Grow

this is my first grow and i've got a pretty poor setup.
some bagseed i decided to grow
two small reguler CFL lights.
These bigger ones are around 4 weeks old and have just been moved into a larger 5 gallon pot. I got some soil i found outside that seems to work good.
I'm going to wait a day and put them on LST once they get stronger. Im also going to get those little cups out of there when i get more lights. Then on the 17th im going to put them on 12/12 lighting to start flowering . hopefully i they will flower for about 6-8 weeks and il have a nice first yield... right?
question: Will computer fan as a fan work if i hook it up like a 12volt battery or something?
i have a pretty bad camera now tho so the pics suck.

Here some new pictures, i started LST.

New Pic update, the plants are doing a little bit better, and i hooked up two more lights to for them.
I am about to put them into separate pots and get better soil like tomorrow or something when i get paid.

They look kinda tall. Stick something in there and help them latch onto it. Lower the light closer also.
