Sweet Seeds "Fast" Green Poison..........well into flowering!

I'm pretty sure I've done more feminized Green Poison over the last two years then just about anyone else. I love the strain.....it has a nicely balanced strong high, great fruity/berry/skunky smell and taste, it gets WELL done at 61-63 days (Sweet Seeds claims it's done in 7 weeks), stays fairly short and yields well, is easy to grow although it likes a lot of cal/mag. It's a strain that seems to have it all. There are a lot of stronger smokes out there........but not many have so many positives. I've posted numerous successful grows of it in many forums and after maybe 200 plants later, I know it very well.

Sooooooooooo......Sweet Seeds was kind enough to send me some seeds on the NEW version, not the "Auto" version, which they also have, but a FAST version i.e. done quicker then the regular feminized version. I haven't documented the grow, but thought I'd make a few comments and post a few pics. Day 39 in flowering....the grow has been wonderfully easy, they are very healthy and really putting off a stink right now. The wife is really complaining. 8 plants in all.

If I had to guess right now, I'd say they'll probably be done properly at 8 weeks, give or take a few days. It's maybe 1 week earlier than the regular version......but everything else appears to be exactly the same. I forgot to mention it's also very uniform, as you can tell by the pic.

Enclosed are a few pic's of the finished product in all it's glory. Solidly done at around 51 days, about 10 days faster then the regular feminized Green Poison. I think I got around 1.5 oz per plant, not too bad for a 51 day strain. It's a little branchy, but even the bottom buds were nice. It's not a dense strain, per say, but loads of crystals. I went in as a non-believer in this "fast" strain business, that Sweet Seeds is doing..........but it does finish faster and is basically the same plant in every other way. Fruity/berry/sweet smell too. Another very nice job by Sweet Seeds!

Fuckin' A right. That looks like some good shit!

Are you the "World's Foremost Authority" on Green Poison, other than maybe the first breeders of it? You've got a couple hundred plants under your belt and some great grow journals and reviews with.

Bud.......box is cleared. Never realized it was that full.

Cheetos........I'm sure I'm not the worlds most authority on G.P., since I don't even know the genetics (Sweet Seeds never released it) of the strain but it's safe to say I've helped revitalize a strain that was not on the upswing. This year I've seen the price rise on the seeds, vendors selling out and Sweet Seeds using it in new (auto/fast versions) breeding. I'm just happy to spread the word and help people out.

Dfwtx123......anyone stupid enough to post their email is 1) either in law enforcement or 2) a retard. You seem to be both.

The regular Green Poison yields way better, then the fast version. I'd top the regular version, but not the fast version to increase yield. Figure 1.5 oz on the fast version, 2+ oz on the regular.

None at all........... The fast Green Poison was a Sweet Seeds experiment adding an auto parent to the mix BUT instead of it becoming an auto, it just became a faster flowerer. They sent me some free seeds to try and document a grow, which I've reported on in various forms at different sights. The ONLY difference I've found is it flowers and finishes properly around 10 days faster. The regular Green Poison, will increase yields about 1/2 oz if you top it once about a week before flowering. Topping doesn't really effect finishing time on this strain.

Since Sweet Seeds has not released the genetics of Green Poison, how do you claim that they are thieves because they use others genetics, as well as their own??????? Crazy talk, you must be a democrat!!!

Just piping in, 2 weeks into my 7th Green Poison grow. I just plain missed the smoke, so I have 24 very healthy plants growing with seeds I got from MidWeek Song. 100% germination, they are well on their way!!!!!
