that plant is not going to bloom much with those lights

go to the hydroponics store and get some decent bloom formula, or even fox farms grow big veg formula would likely be better than that generic plant food...
ARBER is not generic you u see 1 light but can’t see the ones hanging it definitely getting enough light according to the light bill lol

Whatever lights your using now are working.. the plant has nice close node spacing but you my want to look into getting better suited for flowering.. like a cheap digital hps/mh.. you can find 400-600watter for 100 to 150$ on ebay or look into a reputible led company..

It typically is, that's why I'm curious the model. Because if an HPS would be too hot in there, so would an actual 1000 watt led.
Not sure the model as these lights were given to me.. I honestly hope they don’t go out I’ll be lost on what to buy.. and it gets pretty hot had to move the lights up a few times cause it was burning them

Op … you could have put much more medium ( soil ) into pot. That way it could have more rooting room.

Plant looks pretty good tho. Later look into a better light choice if deciding to do more grows. That “ 1000 watt “ would probably pull anywhere from 100-150 watt ACTUAL. SO you could double up on that light at least - get rid of the bulb lamps.

Or if money is tight - surround plant with those CFL bulbs. But keep them fairly close …. Too much distance from plant - efficacy drops dramatically .

You are doing fine but you would find an upgrade worthwhile.

Look into plant training ( LST ) to “ open up “ plant.
That will allow inner growth a chance to grow out.
