Switching from 600w to 1000w

would it make a difference if I'm in week 6 of flower and my buds are starting to connect and swell? I was using a 600w hps with a 6" diameter reflector now I'm gonna upgrade to a 1000w with 8" diameter reflector. Will I see a difference if I'm already in week 6?

I'd wait. Why throw in a curve ball? The plants will have to adjust, you'll have to adjust, yield could go down as easily as up.

Imo I'd just wait for the next cycle

You will yes, that's the bulk time just use a bid enhancer if you aren't yet... Like Koolbloom or something like it

I made same change n a space 42by 42 inches n wow bro it was awesome did mine n week 6 also good luck

More light will help yes! Just be aware of your conditions in your room as they will change and your plants should dry out quicker then with a 600
