I'm guessing you're using a wing reflector and have poor quality intake/out take. I felt like reading this post with like reading a foreign language. Lol
U can always switch to a bigger light if you can control temps.

Not sure I said anything about race, or even English being a better language than any other.
Pretty sure this website is English only so does that make this a "racist" website by your standards?

You can switch lighting. It may stall the plants for a few days since the intensity will be a shock.

How big is your space and what kind of inline fans are you using to extract heat?

You could use an air cooled hood with a proper 6" fan and ducting attached which will need to go to another area, preferably outside.

the space is open not closed off
Main thing is to get the heat out and away from the grow rather than let it recirculate.
Fan sucking air out from high up and pumping it through ducting to a window or chimney or any other way out of the space.
Its also key to make sure you place your thermometer in the right place. Placing it under the light is not the right place.
Make sure your other fans, like tower fan or oscillating fan are blowing gently across your plants.

Ideally a pic of your grow would help but if not then no worries.
