So I've decided to go sog seeing I have 2 400w fixtures it'll be easy for my perpetual. I just took 12 clones...
5: seedsman skunk #1, 5: seedsman white widow, 1: rp og#18 and 1: viper.

Two grow boxes an both are 4x4x4. So height is a factor
I'm using foxfarm coined forest with the whole ff line of nutes as well.
I planned on using all 12 clones in 3 gallon pots but I'm thinking 9 clones in 5 gallon pots would be more efficient. Giving I'm only using a single 400w in each room. Also there will be no veg time whatsoever.

Any tips or suggestions? Any help is appreciated. Thanks !

One thing you should look into is a low proflie reflector(Unless you have already got one)... You also want to get as much light to the tops of the plant (The colas, or the actual fruit/bud) so trim any unnessecary branches when flowering :)

What about this.

9 plants vegged for 2 weeks in soil then 12/12 or 16 clones straight to 12/12 in a dwc setup??

rickymac.

You're running SOG. that means you want to take a shitton of clones and flower em quick. 9 plants under 2 lights isnt much of a SOG.
also, if you're flowering a plant right from clone, there's no way you're going to need a 5 gallon pot.

If you want to go for less maintenance with highest production, you should consider setting up an ebb&flow.
Get a 3x3 floodtable for each light and pack plants in there in 6" pots. That should give you ~35 pots per table (6x6 grid, less one for the fill/drain bulkheads). Set up the flood and drain so you dont have to handwater that many plants.

also, If you dont want to fork out the cash for flood tables (craigslist is your friend), then you can get concrete mixing tubs at home depot for like 12$ apiece. They measure ~2'x3'. (get the bigger size)
