system suggestions

First time grow and very much still in the planning phases and second read through of the grow bible.

My problem

I wanted to grow using a DWC 4 pot system in my grow room with header pot and reservoir but I may not have enough space. I contacted retailers to ask advice and dimensions when set up but they did not have that much information for me. The space I do have is:
H 249cm
W 84cm
D 64cm

I'd like to run a DWC system but I'm open to suggestion.
Any ideas of how to make best use of the height?

I have been informed that I might need to go the route of a micro grow

2.5m is plenty to do pretty much anything with - but obviously your floor space is very small. Is this only for flower, or do you need a veg/mom chamber too? Is this space hard limited, or can you stick excess gear like tanks out the back or sides?

For real space limited I'd be tempted to think about hempy - smaller than soil, no active components, and if you set up your drain cleverly you wont waste any of your precious growing space on stuff like reservoir tanks. But really the only limiting factor here is your ingenuity - you've got enough room to squeeze everything in.

For micro growing the first thing to think about is lighting. Your style of lighting will be most major factor effecting heat and ventilation (and thus odour control), and also determine really obvious factors like possible height of chamber. Presumably you already have a light?
