T5 light for cloning and seedlings

I'm thinking of getting a t5 light just for cloning and seedlings. I have read various different things about what color spectrum is specifically best for cloning and seedlings. With that being said, what t5 bulb would you buy?

I got a 4ft four tube T5 I got on amazon for around 200$ and I started all my outdoors under it this spring and they weren’t leggy at all just gotta keep the light fairly close like half a foot away or so from the tops of bigger plants. Bout 15-20 inches above freshly sprouted seedlings with one switch on (2 bars out of 4) if u got both on running all 230w probly should keep em 2+ft away for the first 5-6 days from sprout then lower the light to a foot away and let them almost grow into the light after that before u adjust it lol that’s what I do I don’t rly care if I fry one or two tips of leaves that end up touching the bar before I get the chance to raise it again cuz my plants are pure green an healthy, pre-ammended with organics so I don’t mind pulling a few fan leaves off for sumthing like that ..it jus opens the canopy up anyways for lower light growth when u pull a few big fans off the top ur plant every so often... pics r of a few early chopped outdoor buds

I've been using a 4 ft T5 with 4 HO 54 watt 6500k lights for years. I keep seedlings just a few inches away. Makes for nice stout seedlings.
