thanks man, it's two screens and the top one is for support. I also don't scrog until I move them to flowering so I'm able to use it to hold branches down in the beginning. It's a delicate process to move them under the screen. I wait until the plants are dry so they are more flexible/forgiving, then i set my screen at about 3.5 ft.. You have to tip the pot over like 45 or 50 degrees and slide the plant under the screen at an angle. when the pot is where I want it i slowly set it down and level while supporting the bottom couple feet of the plant. I move in one plant at a time and set up both screens as I work from one side to the other. It works for me and creates a heck of a scrog! I had the plants in my journal veg for 6-8 weeks.
I did not realize the plant is more flexible when dry, I would have thought the opposite.
If I understand you correctly, you are actually bending the top 2-1/2' of a 6' plant when you slowly return the pot to an upright position.
Both amazing and well done, thank you.

naa sorry there bro, wasn't meant to come across that way, was said (typed) in a more humorous manor... "wot no ello" kinda thing, its all good & no offence but the post you made before was a lil while ago & after so many hours reading on here at times, you don't always remember every nik you come across, hence reason for what i said, i saw a stranger realy...lol
happy growing with the TD always welcome to come and share
ah good, yeah sometimes it's hard to tell when people are just giving you shit in a good natured way and when they're actually attacking you. No hard feeling and thanks for the welcome Failthful.

I do have great news! I just got home and checked on my seeds (after 48 hours), two have cracked and had the tap root sticking out, so I put them in dirt. The remaining 3 seeds are back in the cupboard.

I didn't soak my seeds before the paper towel, I just put them between 2 paper towels soaked with plain old warm tap water, then into a zip lock bag but did not zip the bag, then put the plastic bag into a cupboard on top of a seedling mat, with a towel in between the bag and the mat. My seedling mat seems a little hot so I figured the towel between the two might help keep from cooking the seeds. Anyway that's what worked for me, I'm sure I just got lucky, since I didn't do anything different from some of the people that had no luck with germination.

Hopefully I'll have a couple TD plants here pretty soon so I can start my 1st grow journal, and get in on all the fun you guys are having!

You're correct, that's exactly how it works.

last few days of veg, just started the screen going & all looking good, even with the heat & RH issues
was in high 80's & 25% RH, they look healthy as fook just real bushy n short, which isn't a bad thing...lol

Day 47.jpg Day 48.jpg

ok iv'e had enough of battling the temps, so...

removed 4" 135 cfm fan with 4" scrubber & installed 6" 530 cfm new big mofo fan with speed controler & new 6" scrubber, repositioned fan & new 4" intake which is waiting it's filter, grow area was ripped appart for this & was @ it till 4.30am, toke build toke build, & the results of all this....

Day 1 bloom

Bloom Day 01.jpg SAM_0183.jpg

we ended up scrogless again, after all the reports i was seeing on the intense stretching of the TD & having the room above i thought wtf why not let em go so...

loving new walfarts hygrometer btw

aahhh lovely temps & RH at last, bushy ass things so far, mine seem to be indica dom, 2 on the left are 11" & the 2 on right are 10", they still have 3' above them, they now crying out for a 400w hps, shame the household bills are stopping me from getting 1, so for now we carry on with the 125w 2700k cfl & 2 x 6500k T5's

my own personal conclusion is cfl's or T5's or combo for veg for sure, fuk the MH, makes them to stretchy too quick, i prefer the short & super tight nodes these have, then hps for bloom, shame i don't have a hps

ok enough typing back n shoulders crying out for their meds

So unusual to see how fat leafed your plants are........Hard to believe they are from the same TD breeder/strain by just looking at them in comparison to my one plant. I do think you might be onto something, in your reflection that because of the CFL/T5 use in Veg, they remained more compact in structure. Even though that flies in the face of the concept of wattage & penetration power.
However, my TD still did not vaguely resemble the Indica dominance your plants exhibit, when she was under T5's. She had some Indica characteristics initially from seed, but quickly showed her Sativa leanings.
When I moved my TD to MH lighting, she literally shot up & out, more than doubling her size in a 15 day period under MH during Veg.
Several factors must be included;
1) She had already spent 2-1/2 weeks in Veg in a 3/4 gal Hempy pot.
2) She was topped from 7" to 2-1/2 to 3" using UB technique at the end of that 2-1/2 weeks.
3) Three days after topping she was transplanted from Hempy to Water Farm under 600 watts of MH.
When transplanting from Hempy I observed many thin, hair like roots maybe 4 to 5" long not yet spun in the hempy pot..
4) After approx 1-1/2 weeks in the (home made) Water Farm, I observed her new roots protruding from her 10" net pot , There were many and thicker roots on their way to hit the nutes in the res. When she did this, she took off.
After another 3-1/2 weeks she was 50% to 55% full on a 4 X 4 screen 14" above the Hydroton..
5) One full week into Flower and I would estimate 65% to 70% fill on the screen, and if anything, the last two days, seems like she is slowing down a tad.
So some stretch so far, but not incredibly worrisome.
Of course, there is always next week and a fresh new batch of nutes.
Whoops, I misread you post, so none of what I'm gonna erase applies...........
What does apply is I understand priorities and what that means.
I think I remember reading that Scrog was invented/popularized by growers seeking to maximize yields under Florescent lighting.
So show us what you got.........
And I am trying to remember if you are or have LST'd them.
If you have, I think that would really aid in a Scrog grow with an Indica dominant pheno that you have. (I hope you have taken cuttings as she appears to be a rare one)
It will indeed be interesting to observe.
Glad to hear you got your temps under control
I'm battling the same, myself.

Wow, Simply beautiful.....Bravo.......
Are you completing the 1st week of Flush or what?
How do your trichomes look?
Are you going to harvest all at once, or selectively?
Sorry, that's what rolls through my mind as I look at what you help create. She is lovely.
And I am more than content to watch it all unfold as you dial it all in.

I fed her for the last time like 3 days ago now I will flush until harvest..probably harvesting it all at the same time..

Thanks for the compliments, she looks like she needs another 2 weeks, some white pistils still and very few amber trichs.

The jug is slightly behind the plant skewing the perspective slightly, but the colas are all over a foot long. She is a beast IMO haha
