Tap root HELP

Hey sorry guys if this has been gone over before but I'm trying to address this asap and any help is appreciated.
-Planted germinated seeds showing taproot into (doubled up) solo cups 2 days ago
-Media is Fox Farm Light Warrior
-Kept media top sprayed with ziplock over top of cups until today. I haven't really done an official watering with runoff yet. Just misting from top.
-The taproots are already sticking through bottom of solo cup. Not just poking through but a couple inches worth.
-Should I worry? Will roots be ok dry in the void between the 2 solo cups? I can cut around everything with tin snips at transplant but I figured I'd be good in solo cups for at least a couple weeks. Roots are busting through bottom after 2 days.....Maybe I should have made much smaller drainage holes....?

Not sure why the one in first pic is so much bigger but will they be cool in that dry void between cups or should I transplant my 2 day old babies into their 5gal smart pots

time to transplant or ur growth will be stunted
They literally just sprouted. Best way to transplant a small seedling without agitating? There CANT be an actual root structure after just a couple days so I'm not real confident in transplanting. People say watering before transplants can be risky but without root structure do I have a choice?

Just the one tap root is through on all plants. Why not straight to 5gal? Some people swear by just starting them in the 5gal. Is the very bottom of taproot really gonna affect the plants that much? I'm thinking I'll just let it go and see what happens...Hell maybe I could even fill bottom cup up with a tiny bit of water and let taproot suck it up. I realize I sound like a rookie

ur right sum people do go str8 to fives i shouldnt say u def dont want to... i wouldnt in my opinion ull get better growth stepping it up tho like cups to a 1 or 2 gallon then a five. does seem kinda early to transplant just keep an eyer on it for root rot ... i wouldnt leave it sitting in still watter for to long ....
