Your lines are not straight, lettering is not consistent in size and the line work isnt a constant thickness. If this was professionally done, go show them the error in their work and request @ least half of you money back if not in full.
I am a tattooist and mean these things in the kindest way possible. If your going to get a more complicated art piece, make sure that its from someone else other than the person who gave you your existing artwork.

AND SEE THERES ONLY 1 OR 2 LINES THAT ARE NOT PERFECT STRAIGHT. I HAVE AROUND 7% OF MY BODY TATTOOED, AND ALL BUT 3 THAT I GOT WHEN I WAS UNDER AGE. BUT SINCE THEN EVERY THING IS PERFECT. SINCE YOUR SUCH A GREAT ARTIST LETS SEE YOUR WORK AND ALL THE PERFECT LINE WORK YOU DO. The idea of the tattoo is killer in my opinion. Show your cause while mask it in plain view @ the same time.
It can be straightened out pretty easily just by using a thicker needle and going over it. Thickening the lines will take some of the slight bends out of them while making Them equal thickness @ the same time.

hows that for better constructive criticism?:-P Im passionate about it so I tend to sound like a dick alot about it...But its not hard to learn as long as you can shade a picture, outlining is mostly tracing and other than that its just learning quirks of the procedure. May as well strive to do it right when its so easy.

Tattooing forums are around if the guy has any formal training (so he dosent get bashed there) or if hes quiet about not having any apprenticeship time. Asking questions in the right manner can get plenty of straightforward advice from established tradesmen any time of day:bigjoint:

But even if the guy went out and compelted an apprenticeship that is paid which would be done in about a year or two, he still may not be skilled enough to do a bud portrait.

Excuse me? I am neither a dumb ass nor am I ignorant. You have bad work! The fact that is not done does not change that! (That just means it will be worse work!) Over 1/3 of my body is covered in ink. 1/3 of that is BAD!!!! But I dont get mad @ you and call you names, now do I?

i think your the one who needs to relax. first you spout off because no one posts in your thread. then your puss-hurt because you dont like what a couple people have to say. :clap: all dude did was tell you to be careful when getting fine work done who you get it done by. and he was right, those lines do suck and the lettering isnt the same size either. both of these should have been done right regardless of wether or not your going to have more sessions. the 1st session is the most important, but tats being your passion im sure you already know that.:dunce:

so true. the internet warrior thing reminds me of some shit from jail. in between the blocks were guard bubbles and you could look into the next block through the bubble. guys would be there all goddamn day talking shit knowing damn well they arent ever going to see the other person face to face. we called those kinda tough guys "window warriors". i always think of the window warriors when theres internet beef.
