Do any of you have a recommendations for general plant cell culture literature or a college/graduate level textbook? I'm looking for something that is at the same level as Freshney for mammalian cell culture but for plants.
The company I work for is looking at plant cell culture as a method for testing some of our microbial inoculants for root production/colonization in hemp and I'd like to know what I'm getting my self into before I configure our lab space for it.
