Temperature Question should it change?

Ok so I have my lil ladies in the closet and recently got a digi thermometer to keep in there. Who ever built this place didnt put in enough return lines so some parts are warmer than others. I have found that when I leave the door open to the room the closet is in that the temps jump to around 80-81 degrees and when I have it closed the temps stay around 72-75. My question is should I open the door for a cpl days a week (when there is no little ones around) or should I just have the temp stay constant? thanks

75 is perfect temp (unless using co2 enrichment) what kinda light are you using
