Temporary CFL wattage for one seedling

Hey guys,

I jumped the gun and germinated a mystery bag seed a little early. All of my supplies (except the light and seeds) are coming tomorrow, and I was wondering what watt CFL I could get away with to give this mystery seed a 1 week head start before my light and purchased seeds arrive?

100w Equivalent or 500w equivalent? Not seeing anything in the true 100w range at Home Depot. Local hydro store probably has one though.
No ... You are looking for a regular cfl rated ( equivilant ) to 100w bulb.
Home depot does have them - ECOSMART

These are like at the 99¢ store

OR any 23w daylight colored cfls will work, for a while. inches away from your foliage is key.
Don't bleach that baby with your new light!

Thanks for the advice! I'm hoping I don't get any stretching or bleaching from the LEDs. I will be germing two more fem seeds when they arrive. The seed that's already germed is a random bag seed that could be either male or female, so I will have at least 2 plants possibly 3.

Grow area is only 20"x48" so 3 plants is as high as I want to go for now.

Hoping to get the closet set up and one seed under the cfl today. Attitide order will be here in a few days and, and I'll get the others started!
