The lights off temp is too low.I would suggest a digital heater on a timer for the lights off period,in the room.

The humidity day and night is fine,so long as you're not past initial stretch in flower.

Sounds like you live in a cold place? So do I, at the moment at least. 20F at night, 30-60F during the day.
If so switch the timers around, won't hurt the plant one bit as long as you don't do it multiple times.
Switch the off hours during the day, and on hours during the night.
This way it won't be too cold.
65F is best, 60F can be ok. 50F is way too low. (if you HAVE to deal with cold temps)

Are you in flowering or veg? I'll assume flower since you have a timer (I stay 24/7 for veg)

Are you using intake fans? You said you have all fans running all the time.
Hopefully you don't have any intake.

Give us a little more information so we can help you better.

Size of tent
are you misting
are you in flower or veg
Number of fans
type of fans
Use of fans (Intake/outtake)
Does the tent have passive flaps
Do you have the tent in a room with a window
Anything you think can help

I don't pay much attention to the temp in the tent as you will get a different reading every time you move the meter(I only use it for reference)what I do is put my arm above the canopy and if it gets too hot then I open up my fans a little if it feels too cold i close them off. I live in a very cold place and it suck the humidity up like a sponge so for the longest time I couldn't get the humidity past 10% but I have since gotten humidifiers in the tent(just this morning)and I got the humidity up to 66% now in both tents that will also bring your tent temps down. Plants stop growing when it get colder than 55 f. Get a heater.

Doesn't really make sense in his situation.
Telling him to ignore his meter when its at 50F isn't smart. Maybe if it was at 75F.
Depending on where his meter is in line with his plants tops and light, it could mean his real temps could be anywhere from 40F-60F.

What I personally do is hang my meter from a bungee cord and make sure its 2-3 inches above my plants top and 2-3 inches directly below the light.
This way I normally get the highest possible reading, then I put another meter on the soil, and I use both temps to give me a average.
70-80F is the golden range.

Hi pixils,

Your lights-on temps/humidity are fine if you're not into flowering stage. Temps could go another 5F but it's nothing to be too concerned about, just not ideal.
You need to get some heat or change your timing as suggested here already, or both to get the lights-off temps up. 50F will be detrimental for any length of time.
Lights off humidity at 70% is also a little high but not terrible or detrimental as long as you don't let it go much higher.
By increasing your lights-off temps, you'll drop humidity a bit and be good to go.

One thing which can bring your temps down (besides the environment that it's sitting in of course) during lights-off is having too much air intake from a cool room, reduce it or eliminate it during lights off if you're not using passive intake (e.g. assisted by a fan or the like).
I have a small tent I was using as a holding spot, in a temp area in my basement which was a bit cool at night, and initially had similar issues with low temps (mine got to 59 which I don't like) and high humidity lights-off like 80%.
A couple of reasons for it:
1) Too many plants or too large pots for the tent size
2) Initially had assisted intake with a booster fan, removed it, too cold. When it was on it would reduce temps below the ambient temp of the room it was in.
2) Insufficient exhaust to reduce the humidity
I bought a $10 4" fan, like those USB one's but with a power adapter. Placed it in my exhaust hole blowing out (poor man's exhaust in a small area) so in effect it acts as an exhaust. That brought the humidity down, but using passive intake the temps didn't drop.

If he uses a speed controller to turn the fan down to bring the lights off temp higher,he'll increase humidity.

My current plant lived in temps under 20 degrees at night no problems. It still only hits mid 30s now. Dont worry.
