Question please...

Started growing again after 15 years of absence. I am wondering about my temps right now my radiant temps so the temps in the direct sinlight are from 76.5-81.5. My temp then under the tray is like 74. Is this to cool? Should I get my temps up to say 85 ish radiant and 77ish room?

Thanks in advanced...

the air temperature guidelines are given for a thermometer at the height of the plant but shielded from the radiant heat of the bulb.

the radiant temperature guideline is used to keep the leaves from burning and is done simply by using your hand at the height of the plant. then you lower the light as much as you can without burning the hand.

temps are fine bro. not to cool at all. 82 might be a bit high at the moment. Raise the light a bit til you see them growing new dark green growth. don't worry about the older leaves focus on the new growth.

So are my temps prime or to cool?

Thanks
