terminology

i see a lot of abbreviations here...what does Imo and Lst mean

I think IMO refers to 'In My Opinion' or you could say IMHO 'In my Honest Opinion'

Not sure about LST - 'Light Source Assembly' perhaps?

LST = Low Stress Training

I've only just realised my mistake with LST there's no 'A' in it. I'm so dumb sometimes!
