texas cultivation laws

According to norml i cant find any info on how many plants you have to have to be charged with cultivation. Is like 1-4 plants treated as simple possession?

So youre saying you can charged with cultivation with 1 seedling?
That's a felony charge. Which means growing one plant would fuck one person for life. Are you sure? Isn't there some leniency?

Cultivating means growing. If you grow a seedling that's cultivating.

texas has pretty asinine laws for public conduct as it is....

growing includes a small plant.... yes, it's considered a felony, and liniency falls with the DA and judge.... but texas has a tax stamp act, which means they'll charge you with tax-evasion if you're caught too....
