Just so you know man this somehow inspired an epiphany I have a room perfect for this. I would only have to put in a real door and make sure it's light proof. That way I could TRIPPLE my operation. I'm growing in tents now but if I did this kind of setup with the "Open air" kind of setup. I've seen it a 1000 times before but for some reason it clicked with your vid so THANK YOU! It was either the pink light (subconscious que for fun with the brightness and different-ness) OR it was the fact that you call it the man cave and the adjacent room to my mancave is where my tents are. Either way thank you x 10000! Seriously!

Haha awesome! Yeah I don't have the luxury of the professional setup some of the guys here do... so this kind of cab + co2 in an enclosed space is my best bet... biggest issue is maintaining temps in a setup like this if you can get that dealt with you're golden. Best thing is simple and easy to set up :) I just got the staples for my staple gun so I can hang the interior plastic -- yay! And more paper clips for training because i ran out... serious training starts now it's time to tie down side branches not just the main stalk... these plants are only about 6" tall after tie downs when they head to flower they'll be about 1 - 1.5' tall with 8-16 colas each and never topped. Biggest issue will be support but that's what bamboo and cages are for. The tie down under stress creates big support branches though.

They both work. LEDs work a little better for me due to not having the ability to do a proper ventilation setup and living in a hot state. For those who say LEDs don't work, my experience is that at least with super soil and TGA genetics, they do :) I've grown the biggest, highest yielding buds and plants under these LEDs than I ever have under a 600w HPS and they were plenty dense.

Yea I've got a 10' X 7' room that I could set up as a flower
room but I would prolly only use half of it. I'm not trying to take over the world here.

What do you think the major issue would be? Do you think it would be heat or cold that would be the hardest to deal with. Because I'm devising plans as WE SPEAK! Dude you got me pumped. Green lights don't fuck with flowering plants right?

Your sure got plenty of light in that lil box! I use leds for my clones an fresh rooted plants...never thought they would make dense flowers but hey ive been wrong before, an probably will be again.

Heat's the killer to deal with... it requires exhausting the heat out to get rid of it or overwhelming it with a/c. Cold you just gotta put a decent space heater in and those aren't too expensive. Generally when my lights are on they always keep it warm enough for the plants. Heat builds up while the lights are on nonstop in an enclosed environment unless it's removed from the room or countered with cool temps from a/c. If you've got a way to exhaust the air properly out of the room that's the way to go.

Looking good guys. I've got a PB I'm hoping is a girl... she still hasn't shown me what she is, but has stayed reasonably compact compared to other plants I've got in veg right now.

How much SS you throw in your pots for her % wise?

@Nugs: You Sir keep proving that main-linning works with every plant. I'll just keep myself from pruning twice the same week next session. Keep on learning.
