TGA Space Bomb.. Off to the Moon!

hey nerds, i did a report on some Space Bomb a little while back but never posted the thread here.

A year ago i popped 2 Space Bomb's, got one male and one unbelievably dank female thats going no where any time soon...

This plant was flowered in a 7 gallon smart pot with about 40% Super Soil and the rest was base soil which was Roots Organic original.

I vegged her in a 1 gallon pot with Roots Organic soil under my 200W 6500K 6 Bulb light for about 3 weeks. Then was flowered under a 400W HPS (Lumatek Ballast, Hortilux Bulb)


breeder: TGA Subcool

genetics: Tiny Bomb x Space Queen

smell: like a sour mango with hints of cherries! so good! 10/10

taste: mango candy! yumm 10/10

high type: ass kicking. Very potent. Good all day smoke that puts a smile on my face and helps me with headaches/stomach aches. 10/10

smooth-harshness: (1-10) Its buttery smooth.. no bite, just mango flavor and instantly high. 1-2.

growth: It takes time but I like to top her early and grow her into a 35-40" bush with a nice even canopy and get multiple colas

yield: 3.25 zips in 7 Gallons 7/10

harvest: Between 55-63 Days. I like to take it at 60 Days

overall rating: 9/10 could yield a bit better but the flavor, smell, and potency is more important to me! shes a keeper!

I know it varies from pheno to pheno but I think it has a bit more than that from what ive seen...

The hash from this plant is simply incredible.

  This plant was cut at day 63 which i found was too much couch lock for me.
  It faded out with a tint of purple/maroon because temps were get nice & cool at night

I popped 5 space bomb seeds about two months ago. I had a 100 percent germ rate and a 100 percent female rate to match. They're about 3 weeks into flowering and looking damn fine. I'm very impressed with this line, I have 4 Tall Jill phenos and one very very stout ( only stretched about 6 in) tiny pheno. Also helps that they're already covered in trichs. I'm very excited as I've ran space Jill in the past. Can't wait to taste the cherry goodness.

I have an outdoor space bomb thats about 33" before the strech she hasnt stared flowering but has trichs lined up on her bottom stem I mos def running her from seed next year (searching for the tiny pheno)Happy growing cheers

I love the space bomb man everyone should try it. Always so Dank. Im making bubble from a few spacebombs in the next few hrs just to take to hempfest. Yum Yum Yum gotta love the spacebomb.

SpaceBomb was first on my list at the HT cup in San Francisco,,but Dioxide got me sooo medicated that I left without them.
On the plus side,he put some pennywise and conspiracy kush beans in my pocket.
I WILL be wherever the TGA booth is at the near future,I'm assuming the Emerald Cup or Jefferson State Hemp Expo.

Hey sub, how long can you keep vegging super soil? Wolfpack said the only downside was yield but under a 400 if left longer to veg wouldn't he have gotten more?

How long can you veg without defeating the water only aspect of super soil? I know top dressing is possible but can I just top dress indefinitely?

If anyone has any insight I'd love to hear. Thanks.

thanks for all the kind words, weed nerds! Space Bomb is something everyone should try. Hell i found tiny with 2 seeds, and i dont think it would be hard to find one in another 5 or 10 pack. Im glad people are recognizing how dank Space Bomb is.. its a must try on the TGA menu.

Just to clear a couple things up Dboi.. How long you can veg your plant depends on what size pots youre using and how much super soil youre using... I use 7 gal smart pots and I can veg for a good 8 Weeks before i top dress within the first couple weeks of flower. So for example, if youre using a 5 Gallon Pot, you wont be able to veg as long. some yield more than others and yes the yield would be bigger if i vegged longer, but those were my final results with a good veg so I usually cant yield more than 3.25 on this plant with the schedule i have going.

There is no downside to Super Soil what so ever, I was talking about this specific phenotype not being the greatest yielder, but it has incredible flowers & hash to make up for it.

Thats all i really have to say about that, you can find all the info right on this very forum.. And its all very easy to understand.

I hope my question didn't come across the wrong way.

The reason for that question was that I wanted to do a single plant scrog and veg long enough for that one plant to cover a m2 canopy area. I read in mel franks book that older plants are more potent and an ideal age is 8 months so I was gonna do an experimental grow. I wanted to try super soil but didn't know if it would work for that long or if I should try something else for this type of grow.

Also I was thinkin wouldn't it be possible to use fresh super soil to make a tea after the soil in the pot was spent?
