Thanks to all that have shared there knowledge with this site and myself this is by far the friendliest about I know that it's probably been asked a million times I have read all about trichmones but have just got a 100x scope and they are mainly cloudy with numerous amber, but as this has a led its showing the trichs on top of like a crystal substance(resin) I think and a few clear trichs are still present now.Is this the norm as I've never gone by trichs before and don't want to pull her to early they are deffinately cloudy 80% amber 15% and clear 5% everything is good like hairs, colas, etc but do the clear still produce or stop completely.Probably a repeat question but don't want to mess it up.Any quick answers will be appreciated THANKS

Well you should get only a few amber. Alot of ppl cut the plant at 5% amber. Something like cloudy 80% clear 15% and amber 5%

- just keep in mind that amber is useless...

i know a lot of people say only go by the color of the trics, but i try and look at the entire plant to determine if it's ready to come down or not..

idk, it's kind of hard to describe, but when a plant is ready to chop, it will take on an entirely different look .. ie, the calyx's will be nice and swollen, the plant color will take on an orange hue to it, all the pistils will be receded, often times buds will start to foxtail a bit.. there are more, but that's some of the things i like to look at besides trics..

Chop it down!! Or post a pic for us to see :) but how your trichs are now is a great time to cut her down. Like racerboy said when its ready you just know. If you put up a pic I'm sure you'll get more answers like these!

You're never going to see a 'perfect' ratio of 100% in just two of the clear, cloudy, amber.
There will always be a few clear when 80-90% are cloudy and amber, or just a couple amber while there is 80-90% of cloudy and clear.

Very nice job. I have cut them when the trichoms are 80 cloudy. I have never had any amber. I may be cutting too early but I like it.
