was killing a mother this evening who has served me marvoulously. revegged around 4 times and made many clones with her....aahhh good times, good times. anyway back to the story. while chopping her down i decided to take the old buds that i used for revegging and smoke some. now keep in mind these buds been on the plant for at least 6 months and many a year. they are as washed out tan color as you could get. they look really really dead and dried completely out. sorta the color of straw. but in honor of the mom i paid homage. let me tell ya bout the smoke.....extremely flamable, a little harsh but not bad. almost a tobacco taste. buzz you ask? as good as anything i ever smoked of the mother, and believe me, i have smoked several pounds off her. but the old dried up stuff was awesome!! i would consider the shelf life, on the plant, to be at least a year. i wouldnt recomend it but if you get hard up or you pay some homage to the wonderful mother....dont throw that shit away.
