thc oil lasting?

So I had a FlavRx cartridge at one point and wanted to start to make my own. I bought Mono Propleyne Glycol and made by own, but when I created my oil it was a little runny and didnt last as long as the FlavRx cartridge that I had. Now I did add 6ml of PG for 1 gram of BHO wax, so it might of just been too diluted? My question is am I missing something or was it just too diluted?

Ya, you just diluted it down too much (6 to 1). Most vape pens are using distillate (ime) which is more runny than BHO due to the process and differences in end chemicals in makeup. This runny-er distillate is then mixed with terpenes (new way) instead of PG (old way).

I've tried to make my own pens with BHO, but you're going to want to use terpenes along with PG/VG or PDO to thin it enough to flow in your vape pen.

Each strain of BHO will have slightly different physical properties as their chemical properties are also different. Because of this there is no "sure-fire" recipe that will work 100% of the time.

I use 3 different terpene flavors per .5g of BHO. 1 drop of each added to a slightly heated .5g BHO sample. If it still needs to be thinned after I've added the 3 drops of terpenes, then I'll add PDO as needed.

Ccell's are pretty good at vaping viscous solutions.

1g of BHO will fill up the same volume as 1ml of liquidizer. So you effectively made it a 6:1 ratio of liquidizer:BHO. That's pretty weak when most people hit BHO with out diluting it at all.

Id recommend no more than equal parts BHO to liquidizer and honestly I do 3 drops of terpenes and 1 drop of liquidizer per half gram BHO. That's probably close to 35/65 dilution/BHO.
