Hey buddy, how many plants are under that screen and what height did u place them under the screen? Were they vegged for a period under the screen and then flipped, or flipped as soon as the screen was in place? This winter I want to utilize a light mover over a 3'X8' scrog, consisting of 2X 3'X4' screens. I didn't get the canopy as thick as I would have liked, but that comes with experience. I think next time around will be a lot better...I shoulda followed a plan rather than blazing my own trails..oh well, live and learn.
Thanks, there are 5 plants under the scrog, last time I had nine but this was a from seed grow so it was a little more out of my control. Nine really wasn't necessary but it worked out great.

Ok, not a whole lot of difference than the last post but they are definitely getting more frostier by the day! The buds are growing as well it's just hard to tell form the pics because that haven't started swelling a whole lot yet, it has been more vertical growth of bud than anything.

Well you would have to pay me back eventually but I would hate to see you loose out on all that yield cause the kush is looking good! :leaf: Come visit me and we can build you an aero system and me a box and hps and I will get you one. You can pay me back when the time is right, like after you harvest 12 to 15 oz.

http://www.hydrofanatics.com/watt-hortilux-lu400shtlen-grow-lamp-p-351.html This is the one that I was talking to you about, I think it was a total of 67.xx?

I found this site as well and as far as I can tell it has free shipping because it asked for my zip to calculate shipping and when I entered it and recalculated the price, it came up as the same price... 64.xx
http://www.hydroponicsoutlet.com/ProductDetails.asp?ProductCode=BUSD400B&CartID=1

Shipping for the last one takes the total to 74.xx - 9.29 for shipping! LAME

I guess you have to love me forever now. Your Hortilux will be there in 3 to 5 business days. Lucky lucky you

For all that don't know, I was laid off recently and have been on a very tight budget; I have been using a home depot hps bulb which is only 44000 lumens and not a very good spectrum for flowering. Homer bought a hortilux eye super which is 55000 lumens and has a great spectrum. He's going to let me use it until either he gets a 400 hps setup or I pay him back for it. Great friend lucky to have him.

It's basically the more plants you have the less time you are going to have to veg. I prefer a few plants, about 5 or 6, any less and the veg is too long, any more its just more work. It's all personal preference. During veg I "top" (not sure if you are familiar with this, do a search for it if you're not) the plants a few times to increase the number of nodes that I have to weave. I grow in 2 gallon grow bags. I usually put the screen just a few inches above the soil (about 5"). Then I weave all of the branches over and under the screen over and over, every few days I have to do it again. Then when your screen is about 60% full you can start fowering; the extra growth during the flower should feel in the rest of your screen. You will have to continue adjusting and weaving the plants for about 2 to 3 weeks into flower until the screen is full.
