the first time i ever grew a plant, the plant was blessed.
after sprouting and being outside some little fucker munched on the top where the leaves were emerging. unknown to me, this little fucker did me an awesome favor. the plant sprouted 2 shoots in place of the damaged 1. Anyway is there a certain area to cut the newly sprouted plant without killing it? i have added pictures of my baby who is no longer with me... believe it or not i found this seed in a medical sack....it was double the size of a pellet... so wonderful

Cool. Yeah, it's called topping. Do a search on it as I'm sure someone has posted an excellent piece on it, with pics.

thanks bud, is the a certain age of the plant that you should do it? i have 3 youngins growing and theyre at about a foot tall after 2-3 months under a flourescent. i am thinking it is too late, but nature always finds a way.
