My package from the Attitude just got processed into the states on the 18th and again the order was placed on the 14th of last month. Just for comparison I also ordered from Cannazon on the 11th of this month, this order was processed through customs on the same day as my Attitude order. The Attitude place is slippin', they need to get their shit together.

This is from the order I was referring to: Dispatched on: Aug 14 2011, and it's still not in the US. The site even tried to say it was dispatched on a Sunday.
Once Attitude puts an order in the hands of Royal Mail the speed, or lack there of, of delivery is totally out of the hands of Attitude. If someone lives in a different country then they have both Royal Mail, the Customs Department and their own postal service between them and Attitude. That is were delays occur, after a shipment is out of the hands, and control, of Attitude. The most that Attitude can do is mail an order swiftly. After that the delivery time depends strictly on Royal Mail, and if someone lives in a different country there is the Customs Department and the postal service in their country. Someone cannot rightfully blame Attitude for delays caused by one or two postal services and possibly a Customs Department being slow at their jobs.

My buddie got his attitude shipment in 15 days from when he ordered it. I saw the tracking info and things do get held in Bethpage, NY for a few days. His tracking showed arriving in NY on a Sunday and the Package got to his house on the following Wednesday.

I bet you get your package tomorrow stonedmetalhead1.

I believe my order was stuck in newyork for 5 days. I think the anniversary of 9/11 caused a big bottle neck. They were probably checking things allot better. Thank the tude for packing it well enough to get thru this time of the year.

I was very surprised on my last three orders from attitude. I live in Calif. and I received all three within two weeks of ordering. Could be the postal service is messing with you. Did you choose their stealth shipping?

*another tude hate thread.. nope.. tude has one of the Fastest shipping..

I'm not hating, I'm just saying they obviously waited at least 2 weeks before shipping my order. I love their selection they just need better service or more employees to handle the business they have. There is no reason that that I can order 2 packages from the same country and one takes almost 3 weeks longer than the other. I order seeds pretty regularly and I know how long certain seed banks take. In the past I've also received my seeds in around 2 weeks from the attitude but the last couple of orders have taken forever.

could be the strains you ordered? high demand, low quantities? i ordered some well known strains, but nothing that is REALLY sought after.

either way, not saying its any excuse, 3 weeks should be the max wait(if its to the US), shipped to your door.

im on my 2nd order now, had them stuck in "origin post" for a good week and a half... when this happens its because lets say theres a HUGE bin where they put all small packages, and until that bin is full the bin will not get shipped, so it could get full the same day or 2 weeks later. Mine are finally in the US :D

I dont what happened with stonedmetalheads order, but i just got my order today and it came lightning fast.
I placed my order at 1:56am on Tuesday 9/20/11 and i received it today Wednesday 9/28/11 at 9:10am (tracking confirmation time-stamp), so that is exactly 8 days including the weekend From the date of order. If that isnt service i dont know what is!!!!!. Im on the east coast so that does matter a bit, also when i ordered from Nirvanashop.com a few months ago it took about 12 days from date of order very discreet, 100% germ rate.
I have a few more orders on the way ill keep you posted....

yah ive never ordered a mug from attitude so i don't know how long it takes, but as long as attitude ships out your package within 72 hours of you paying for your order (they usually ship mine within 24) , the delay is not on them. if you find that every time you order a mug it takes longer then don't order mugs, order a t-shirt, or a bag, experiment. A mug might have to get shipped in a different type of package that might have to be shipped differently, and a t-shirt can be shipped the same way a letter is shipped. Since the t shirts get lumped in with all the documents that are traveling overnight/2day/3day/etc, that's just my logic... the delay is once it gets to America and is sorted out, it gets here in a matter of 3 days from placing your order then gets sorted out from the people who paid extra for those extra Services and "flies coach" the rest of the way.

**dont forget the time it has spend in customs.

Wow did I misread that or did you say that you ordered on August 14th and didn't receive anything yet? I hope I misread. If that was the case did you e-mail Attitude and say your order never arrived? I don't know if they would do anything if you didn't order with guaranteed shipping. If you did they should have replaced the order unless you talked about growing.
Just speaking from experience but Attitude usually ships to me within 48 hours, and it's on a plane.
My order takes about 12 days to get to the west coast, which isn't bad. East coast people are lucky, I read on the forums it takes about a week for them!
Two times in a year and a half I didn't get my order even though I paid for the guaranteed shipping. And I didn't get a note from customs. Attitude re-shipped the order, but I have a sneaking suspicion that some postal workers just snatched the package en route.

No, I received my order but it took 6 weeks. That being said I was reading about shipping and customs and it said that packages over 15 grams were subject to more screening so that could have been the problem, being that the mug is kind of heavy.
