so i had a package snagged and i always get the coffie cup never had a problem but this time it got snagged the tude wont get back with me so im out of my money do you guys have any recomendations of another good bank? im desprate this blows gaurantie my assView attachment 2837406iv ordered from the tude for years this is the first time this happend and they wont catch my back sucks im on a deadline

You paid for the guarantee? I've read on here where people had better luck by calling them. Thanks for posting the pics, I wondered what they're shipping and also the green tape ended up looking like. I haven't used them yet but they have to stand up to the guarantee (if you paid for that) for me to order from them.

Unless you got a letter from customs your good brahhhh. They ship the seeds seperate from the gift. I ordered seeds last month for the seedism promo.took 12 to 15 days. Be patient and stay positive.if.nothing in a few days give the tude a buzz.

I've bought the guarantee 1 out of 5 orders over the last4 years and have never had a problem. Imo guarantee is not nessisary. Necessary? One of those....

But the old envelope with no Gaurentee seems to be the stealthiest route. They probably process 30x more letters than packages

ok, maybe it was the 23rd, but being they were closed for 2 weeks, i'd think they're going to be back logged with stuff for a bit.. i'd give them a lil time.. they're get you you gear if you paid the extra though..
