guys, help me get all the other guys in the gang to post their pics please, of if they are waiting til next Friday then that's ok too :)
Mine are there.

I'd love to see everybody's pics. Gives me something to compare mine to so I can see what the"normal" range is.

Dude, you guys should be taking full advantage of your bublepoincs systems, the money your spending on nutes, and get your self in a real light. I was surprised to see so many CFL's, you could get your self into a 400w system for under $200.

I go with cfls because of heat issues. Cfls dont produce as much heat as a 400w light does. Plus i can move my lights to wer i need them most not just on the top of the plants. So it has its advantages saget

cfl and dwc are a wicked combo. that's why I use them, they compliment eachother. stealth grow a 400w hps as well as we can with as much wattage in cfls lol in my opinion zeroing in on certain areas day by day has been a great advantage of cfls.

yo mhg how many you got in the rubbermaid?

In my opinion the best beginner, small, could be stealth setup is a Grow Lab GL 80, with a Can-Fan 9000 carbon filter with a 4 inch in line fan, with a bubleponics system, with a 400 watt HPS/MH digital ballast, two small 6in clip on fans, and up grade to a PH/EC meter, continues meter if you want to get really slick.

This would do 4 ounches with ease, or so they say...

I'm just saying this for conversation, as this thread hasnt moved for awhile..If I was to purchase a setup, thats what i would do.

looked up the Growlab GL 80, pretty gnarly I'd have to say that would be pretty sick! haha

I would have to say the GL 80 (the newest version with the two windows in the front) compliments the bubbleponics system..then put some wattage on it, and you'll be having fun, one would assume. ;-)

This setup would cost you about $600-800 all said an done, purchased new.

wow, thats a big investment. I spent about 250.00 for my whole set-up.
Well here is what I found real quick to double check my self:

  • Grow Lab- GL 80 $179.95
  • 400 watt Digital Light HPS&MH with reflector $229.95
  • Can-Fan 9000 Carbon filter $68.95
  • Fan $124.95
  • bubbleponics system (purchased online with accessories) $99.95
Grand Total of $703.75 (Plus shipping)

or you could build your own bubbleponics system for about $50.00 and add these goodies:

  • Hanna 91404 $144.95
  • Fox Farm Hydro Trio $39.95
  • Fox Farm Soluble Trio $79.95
So I guess you could say it could pay for it self in the first grow?

those figures are appealing. there are some things that are just excellent diy's but there isn't much about that system not worth payin the buck for. hope you can get it

Thanks for all the comments guys. Right now I switched up how my lights are and I'll post some new pics maybe later on today or tomorow. But to answer your question db297, the lights on top are 8500 Kelvin daylite whites., 2 of the side lights are 3000 Kelvin warm white lights and 2 are 6500K daylite whites. There are only 2 plants, and they're both incredibly bushy. I've only topped them once! The blue venom is supposedly blueberry x white widow, and the G13 Diesel as I'm calling it is supposedly G13 Haze x NYC Diesel. Both plants smell great! The whole system that I pretty much just bought from Stealth Hydro was about $600 total but I can tell you that if you grow nice plants the way they're supposed to it's definitely worth the money.
