Just wandered in.

Constructive criticism is welcome, I hope?

When planting outdoors, the least distance I will put between plants is four feet.

Even this is inadequate if the plants are well taken care of, which yours obviously are.

I wouldn't change anything at this point, but I think you're going to learn a lot about plant potential, this year.

Nice grow!

hey thanks for subscribing. i heard that two feet was a pretty good distance but when you look at it the more distance the better. we were hoping that how close we planted them together wouldn't stunt them severely but we planted them on the 15th of April and i thought that they would've gotten bigger by now but i guess all we can do is wait and see. we have a couple of them topped and they look pretty healthy. when do you think would be the best time to harvest considering when they were planted?

Be extra carefull on the eastcoast. TBH i wouldnt admit to anything on any site. Its a friend of a friend thats growing. Normally i would say that the grow period is from frost to frost if that makes any since. By sept, oct you should have plants about 10ft tall with big yeilds.

so i am thinking about consulting my partner about transplanting some of the plants into pots that way all the plants will have more room to grow. what do you guys think?

If you do that be really careful not to damage the roots. At this point they probably have a nice root mass going.

@veggiegardener yeah man we heard that they were supposed to be a good distance apart after we already had them in the ground and ready to go... we have been kind of thinking that they were already in the ground too long like you said and hadnt wanted to move them because there is a chance some could die in the process and we would rather have a little bit of a stunt in the plants rather than a few dead plants... but i still think they are going to get pretty big regardless... but thanks for letting us know the final decider of whether or not to move any.. cuz we might have until you said something... :D.

@ everyone new update pics coming in a few minutes

Groovey thread man! Good to see there haven't been any problems thus far into the grow. By this time you usually see people losing plants to hungry rodants and deer or other pests! Hopefully the rest of your grow goes this smooth!

@ dude yeah man we have been trying to take all the proper measures to keep things like that from happening and thanks for the support we hope they live strong healthy lives and produce well...

Oh yea, by the look of it the bagseed we planted produced 90% females but we aren't completely sure.

Nice looking babies you got there. I'm just wondering why you planted the new ones so close to the others after you found out that your not supposed to. I understand that you did not want to move the older ones but you could have spread the seedlings out a little.

Nice grow so far! I too am new to outdoor growing and will be doing a few small plots as well. Won't be putting any plants out for another few weeks. My clones need to grow more and the night time temps here are still a bit too cold. I wish i could use the fencing you are using due to the massive amount of deer in my area. The deer would probably just jump it any way I guess. I once saw one run across a highway, jump and completely clear a Chevy Silverado mid stride. It was incredible!
One question I have though is how did you veg your plants, did you start them inside? What light cycle was used if you did start indoor? The reason i ask is i just started a new batch of NYCD and The Church seeds under 24/7 fluorescent light. i'm wondering when i can switch the light to 18/6 or even 16/8 to acclimate them to the outdoor light cycle while vegging indoor. I started the seeds about two weeks ago in soil and am kicking myself for not starting them at 18/6. Just wondering if i switch now if it will mess them up some how?

Your going to grow for a career?? Then why the fuck are you telling hundreds of people on a public website anyone has access to?? Supid man, you know cops can trace your comments back to your computer wich is in your name ar your house?? Your a dumb ass :P lol.
@Unwanted we are making growing a life hobby with the benefits of a great income... haha. we mainly just love smoking and love all the
wonderfull things weed can be used for.. our location is a pretty remote spot in the woods behind our house... and we want to expand to
basically just... well put it this way in 6 monthes at our jobs we make combined around $19,000.00 in 6 monthes of growing some weed on
a few nice sized guerrilla plots... we can make like 50 grand easy... so the benefits are pretty irresistible... we do try to keep things as safe
as possible but are all too aware of the risks of growing weed or possessing the drug... thanks though bro.. if you got any pointers let us know.
