The Democratic Party Autopsy Report

Do you deny that?

Oh gawd

Are you still quoting conservative talk radio?

Yes, what you are saying can be denied.

Dude, Obama was popular with the African American voter because he had credibility. Yes, being black does lend credibility when the person is talking about issues with race in this culture, I mean, duh. Also, he spent time as a community organizer AFTER he graduated near the top of his class at Harvard. He could have gone into a big bucks job and didn't. Instead he got involved as a community organizer and taught constitutional law at Chicago University. Then he went on to become a successful leader in each position he held up to the presidency where he was very effective. The man is smart, well spoken, well qualified to become president and he was charismatic.

Then asshats like you come along and say he only became elected because he was black. Goddamit you suck.

As far as Clinton goes, she didn't have the same credibility with the African American community that Obama had. You fucking berners have been droning on about that, so don't tell me you would be surprised to hear that. Yes, her stance and statements regarding the Anti-crime bill that had horrendous effects on urban black communities hurt her later.

But shitheads like you and Rush Limbaugh want to make it an issue of skin color. What a disgusting pile of crap.

I didn't say that Obama only became elected because he was black. I said that people like you called the conservatives on RIU racist for making the exact same claim that many of you now are making to defend the African American vote during the 2016 election that Hillary Clinton lost. A big part of why she lost was because she failed to entice African Americans to vote for her.. One of her, and the Democratic party's, main demographics. My original question was inquiring about why she failed to earn as many black votes as Obama. You guys collectively had no problem admitting she didn't earn as many black votes as Obama because Obama was black and Hillary Clinton is white. Conservatives made the exact same claim during the 2007-8 campaign and you guys called them racist for even suggesting it; that black people couldn't be able to see past their race and vote for what they believed was right! MY GOD! SO RACIST! Yet here you are today claiming essentially the exact same thing in the other direction to try to defend Clinton's numbers! LMFAO!

dude,

You are making skin color a part of your narrative about corrupt Democrats now? What's next? Holocaust denial?

Obama had more credibility with African Americans than Clinton did and he polled better with that group. Not simply because of skin color but because for all the reasons I listed above. You dwell on him being black. What a narrow minded asshole.

Clinton polled about the same as many other Democratic candidates before Obama. There is nothing there to pick upon. Clinton didn't motivate some black people in the same way that Obama did. That's not the major factor in her loss in the EC. The major reason Trump won is because he attracted the votes of white people who lean toward racism and sexism.

Regarding your strange and drunken musing about "people like me", well, I don't claim any particular ownership for what "people like me" say. I don't really care what "people like me say". In fact, the whole concept makes me laugh, so thanks for that.

That's the same thing some conservatives were saying when your ilk decided to call them racist for it

I don't own what other people say.

I'm saying that Obama was smart, well educated, worked on issues that were important to urban black voters, experienced and he was very credible with not only black voters but white and Hispanic voters too. Yes, the fact that he's black and lived the under the same conditions imposed upon the broader black community by bigoted whites lent him extra credibility with that group. Doug Jones did extremely well with the black community in Alabama. His actions to re-open and energize the justice system to arrest and convict white terrorists who had gone unpunished for decades had something to do with that. .

This is all to say that African Americans did not vote for Obama in relatively large numbers because of skin color. Obama simply was more believable to many in that group.

Clinton, on the other hand, she drew about the same percentage of black voters that her husband did in the 90's. She had some baggage from those days too. So, she didn't do as well with black voters as Obama did. She didn't have the same credibility with that community that Obama did. Contrary to what you claim, black voters don't vote as a herd. Each and every voter makes up their own mind.

That is all to say African American voters did not base their vote upon skin color. Skin color was not the reason why black voters didn't show up in the same numbers for Clinton as they did for Obama.

Moving on to how badly Bernie did with black voters. Why do you think he did so badly with that group?

This is how a politician loses credibility with the black community

LOL

"When you are white you don't know what it is to be living in a ghetto, you don't know what iit's like to be poor."..

"White people don't know what it's like to be poor, just black people do. " (clears throat)

Bernie isn't bad when it comes to racial politics but he isn't credible either.

You have revealed yourself as a racist, a misogynist and a homophobe. You are the last person here (save, perhaps, BTTYK) who should be comparing others to conservatives. You are mentally ill.

"
"Enemies and foreign critics can say what they please. Weaklings and despondents at home may groan under the burden, but the youth and strength of the Russian people is essentially at one with the Kremlin's program, believes it worthwhile and supports it, however hard be the sledding."

I voted Obama because he had mad teleprompter skills.
If only Trump could form a complete sentence. Pathetic the lows the right goes to when they run out of conspiracy theories. Teleprompters are how you discredit Obama's charisma and speaking skills? You just can't stand how great he was. I wonder why? Is speaking like a complete dumbfuck the hallmark of great President? Is your double standard for democrats or blacks?

Communism and socialism were pretty popular at one point, so was slavery, jim crow, and eugenics. What is your point? In the US, those are fringe movements now. You just fall for the line that Dems and progressives are still secretly Stalin worshipping socialists. You probably believed every lie Limbaugh fed you about Obama being a gay, kenyan, communist, muslim writing checks to the brotherhood to set up a Muslim invasion, instate FEMA death camps, create healthcare death panels, force everyone to get gay married, take over Texas, take a 4th term, run the UN, create ISIS, force abortions, destroy Israel, take all our guns, instate sharia law, wreck the economy blah blah blah.

I'd be controversial and suggest eugenics isn't necessarily a bad thing as long as it isn't "performed" by racists.

Your comments were racist.

A long repressed and abused segment of our population finally had a candidate who looked more like them to vote for. It was an historic event. To chalk this up to herd like mentality IS racist AF and just more evidence of your already well-exposed racist mindset. Coward.
white democrats have a herd like mentality.
