welcum miztaj and thanx 4 the info the temps are the reason the lights are where there at i cant keep it any lower than 85 when they are closer (shitty inline fan) as soon as i mod my humidifier fan onto my light ill have it nice and close.

and dibo im well on my way but i cant seem to get this nute burn under control (i new i needed a tds meter). got any ideas i thought it was from me over foliar spraying but that was like four days ago and i did a resevoir change maybe i should do it again a quarter serving nute one day, a quarter the next and leave em with only half of suggested nutes.

on another note the ones i had to transfer to soil are doing great! no transfer shock and this morning there was already a lot of new growth from two that i thought would be weak but apparently they just weren't getting enuff energy. anyways im still a proud parent especially since these are all my first babies.

in response to the LT. i added a few bottles of ro water to tone it down a bit hopefully that straightens everything out. i appreciate u droppin by dont stray too far from this one man i got a good feeling about this grow even though im havin trouble now. thanx for the roseman article too i actually read this one but i obviously just forgot to mark it down in memory. i did about one month of super cramming so sum stuff i forgot. shout out to roseman bubbleponics is stilll the shit in my opinion and hes the reason i went with it in the first place.

nothin' like decent cup of coffee..lotsa cream..lotsa sugar..
after years of playin with dirt ive switched to the bubbles..have u ever had a problem growin' with a soil cross bubble room? no cross contaminations? i wouldnt mind throwin' some in the drrt as a safety net in case my bubbles burst.

ive never done them both next to each other but as long as u have a clean growroom to begin with; it will be fine its not one medium or the other that cause contamination but uncleanliness. so the lights green brother set up ur reserve chute.

idk what kinda nutes your using but alot of them have schedules and otherwise a TDS meter is a necessity. I use GH formula (which only uses 2 parts of the gh flora series)

#-#-# ratio is
grow-micro-bloom millileters per gallon

Calculated EC/TDS levels:

EC micro siemen:
0-4-8: 946 µS
0-5-10: 1184 µS
0-8-16: 1894 µS

TDS @ 0.5 conversion:
0-4-8 = 473 ppm
0-5-10 = 592 ppm
0-8-16 = 947 ppm

TDS @ 0.7 conversion:
0-4-8 = 663 ppm
0-5-10 = 829 ppm
0-8-16 = 1326 ppm

which is basically like for early veg use something like

0-3ml micro-7ml bloom for early veg... lower for younger... nutes should be real weak. but yeah if u get this kind of nutes you can probably run it without needing a meter, although I'd still recommend it.

a lot of people say 0-5-10 is good for veg but once they are like 6"-10" tall you should up it to like 7-14 or 6-12 (right around 1.5-1.6EC) or so cuz they'll really take off. at least thats what I am figuring out... when I went to 850(1.7) I got a little nute burn

peace

Dbo I'm confused about your explanation. It almost sounds like you're talking about the N-P-K ratio...Also, you said "0-3ml micro-7ml bloom for early veg." Where do the veg nutes come in?

no sir.

it is explained below.
#-#-# ratio is
grow-micro-bloom millileters per gallon
nutes come in when the plants can use them... its not hard to tell, its just really easy to add too much. couple leafs.

heres another table taken from www.generalhydroponics.com

unfortunately they only really have recirculating not DWC but you don't need it quite as strong for DWC

I'd explain these pics but it would take too much time(really sick and lazy am i) any question ya'll might have about them i'd be glad to answer. basically i think i'm having a problem running different strains within the same system as they have different needs. All my lemon skunks in the soil are lookin real healthy and doin great. The one in the back left in the bubbleponics is about nine inches and is my strongest. Had to tie it down till the others catch up otherwise it wood be in the light.
