aight. I need people have been through this before.

Ok, One day i was chilling with my homies outside of my pad. And then my neighbors know we bake it allot and they dislike it so they called the PoPo, saying that we have a Strap on us. So about 8-10 Cops cars ( not regular cops, its Gang Unit and Undercovers with thier fords ) Just STORMED inside my block. Told us all to put our fucken hands behind our back. They harrased us and made us all humiliated on the block. They first searched us and couldn't find anything, so of course they were pissed. They decided to harrass us, and we couldn't do anything about it because everytime we tried to say something, they told us that they can lock us up and used foul language againts us. What they said is that they will be " roaming around my neighborhood " tryna bust our asses for Firearms or Drugs. This happened Yesterday and today, when we were just at my pad tryna fix our bikes, the same COPS came through with about 5 cars this time, 2 cops came out and asked us what we were doing, Same Thing they harrased us by saying, did you guys steal the bikes? They follow us, Where ever we go even to the park, and everything. I want to know my rights and how i can prevent further things like this happening.

I might consider contacting an attorney to see what they recommend.

I would also start complaining about the noises your neighbors wife makes as she is beaten by her husband, and also the noises the children make during the day- when the neighbors wife isn't around.

good damn idea. start calling in about how the neighbors wife keeps giving you signals shes in danger. or how you saw her with marks on her at the store and she cried when you asked. its also sad that when the wife isnt there you see the neighbor cover all the windows and the children always seem in danger.

this is what our taxes paying for? a bunch of pigs with nothin better to do then harrassin pothead kids.

luckily if you stay clean in front of the cops they'll ignore your punk-ass neighbor's calls. pretty soon you'll be able to blaze it up on his front lawn and the cops won't send a single car.

All they do is harass us. They have nothing better to do with 5 fucken cop cars driving. They follow us , To where ever we go, they Drive SLOWLY JUST when they see us and dawg at us. I feel fucken harassed and all this nonsense have to stop. I need to know my political rights. But they said, if we didn't speak up they would put us in.

i was in rehab last yr in costa mesa CA, and i had my 30 days and was able to go job searching so i was walking to the library and was waiting to cross the street and there was a pig on a bike right there and he looked at me and started asking if i was on probation or parole and i wasnt so thats good then about 5 other cops show up and i have no idea what the hell is going on then all of a sudden the chief detective of costa mesa shows up and he has a pic of this kid that looks identical to me i mean his jacket was the same as mine even his hat was the same SRH one as i was wearing i was so shocked i could not believe how much this kid looked like me i even told the detective that he was right that kid looked like me well i had a hell of a time tryin to convince them that it wasnt me and so finaly i had 2 choices submit to a fingerprint and dna test or go to jail i took the dna and fingerprint and was let go but the detective asked me if i knew anything about a black suburban cuz supposedly that was the getaway car ( this fuck that looked like me robbed a cvs) i said i didnt know anything about a black suburban so i walked back to my rehab and i saw the detective in the driveway of the apartment i was stayin out and there was a black suburban in the driveway( apparently the rehab just bought this black suburban but it has not been driven due to it needed new tags) eventually the detective stopped hassling me cuz the rehab was able to prove i have beeen there for the past month so yea a case of gettin harrassed for mistaken identity.

dang, they are even saying, that they will BUST us UP for some shit. I took that as a threat but as a youngen i seriously don't know what to do. If i remain silent can they still put me in? How about if they want to search me ?

well they didn't say anything, and we didnt talk. They just told us to fucken put our hands behind our backs and spread our legs apart. And started searching us. How can we prevent this? What should i say? what should i do? my positions? should i do what they ask or just stay still and normal?

God damn fucken bastards. Always gotta Be fucken Misjudging the wrong people, there are crack heads that sell cokes to little kids out there, and they do nothing. But i seriously don't get it. How can i prevent this shit from happening, i hate when the cops follow us it gets annoying and about 6 cops cars. The reason is not a drug bust, but more like Gang bust and Weapons.
